Beautiful apartments and views, and maintenance is so timely. In all my years here, I’ve never dealt with any pests at all.
Cons:
Honestly, I have no complaints! I’ve been here for almost 15 years and I’m very grateful to live in such a wonderful building.
Advice to owner:
Just stay consistent!

Very nice clean beautiful place to live in. No pest issues. Has multiple elevators. Management team and families team are excellent.

Just very expensive to live there now.

In-unit laundry, friendly staff who are all super helpful. Maintenance team who responds immediately to your requests. Proximity to the park.
Cons:
Occasional pests (roaches!), not the best amenities and yet an amenity fee that pretends so.
