Really depends on your owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building staff is great and very clean interiors. The rooftop is nice and good amenities for no fee!
Cons:
- management was often hard to get a hold of for things like move in fees
- most people are owners in the building so some of them are a bit entitled
