As Home-y as it gets in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Attentive staff; Condo building so many units have had same owners living there for many years attentive staff; Tenants hop around from unit to unit because they don't want to leave
Cons:
Staff knows you better you know yourself - Similar to the Modern Love episode: When the Door Man is your Main Man; A lot of fees involved but you get what you pay for...

Really loved living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff. Doormen and porters are all super friendly. Gym is a plus. Rooftop is beautiful when not under construction. Laundry on every floor. High ceiling apartment. Modern
Cons:
If you’re on a lower floor on East or west walls, you won’t get a ton of sunlight.
