Great for where it is just a bit expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great. Maintenance is very responsive. I enjoyed living there. The people from the office are very nice
Cons:
No room for a microwave. The crazies of Avenue C are tough to sleep through late at night. There is definitely a lively crowd, but they usually don't bother anyone. They just might wake you up at 5 a.m.

Decent apartment - way overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is somewhat convenient as long as you don’t go over a block any direction except towards Ave B.
Cons:
The building people are just ruthless. The building isn’t even that great. Someone got shot 5 times in the chest 2 nights ago. Location is sketch w all the crack heads on the corner.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a scammer. There are illegal apartments in most of their buildings. Dont threaten tenants with being evicted if just so you can keep the rent high. Start being ethical and stop being a slumlord.
