good place to live

Pros:
decent size apartment for the price. updated appliances. laundry in building.
Cons:
had a problem with mice that took way too long to be fixed. also had issues with heat not being turned on in the winter

Bad management and in need of repair

Pros:
There is laundry in the building (although the machines are old)
Cons:
Not enough light coming into the apartments, especially in the back. Unresponsive management who does not want to compensate for their property negligence. Do not respond to issues in a timely manner.
