Fantastic high-end rental building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Extremely reactive HVAC, high end appliances and finishes, great views, sunlight, and fresh air. Friendly professional staff and same-day repairs for any issue small or large. Classy and clean lobby and elevators.
Cons:
Neighbors can be snobby or entitled, but most are okay. Extremely expensive even by New York standards.
Advice to owner:
Not much— they do a good job.
