Newly renovated in a great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Five minutes from the 4 and the 6, bus stop right outside the door
-Nice bathrooms and water pressure
-Dishwasher, Microwave, and Fridge all new appliances that come with the apartment
-Really nice natural light
Cons:
-I lived here for a summer and obviously there were lots of other students, so sometimes it got a little noisy but honestly not bad

Great light, and good for a dorm
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had a corner unit, so it got amazing light in floor to ceiling windows. AC unit was very cold when on, and never had pest issues and was relatively clean.
Cons:
It's built as a dorm, so my single was on the smaller side. Also, AC was motion activated, so would turn off in night.

Good living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
No issues with the unit or the building. Great common spaces.
Cons:
I was once investigated and falsely accused of smoking weed in the building. I was given a strike because they couldn't determine who the actual culprit was.

Very good place to live in!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is in a prime location, convenient transportation nearby, community atmosphere and strong security features which provides a peace of mind. There's also a free gym and play rooms to watch movies and play pool with some friends.
Cons:
It's quite pricy to live here and the apartments tend to be small.

Nice dorms
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is very new and nice, easy to keep clean, and has hardwood floors. There are clean and spacious lounges as well as a nice gym. Maintenance is taken care of quickly and there have been no problems with the utilities in the kitchen or bathroom (and utilities seem very new).
Cons:
There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms so it can get quite dark at night with just the desk lamps. It is also a bit noisy outside at night and the walls are really thin, though it's not as bad as other places in the city.
