Lots of quality of life issues

Pros:
Close to trains, affordable, new construction
Cons:
Stolen packages, elevated train noise, inconsiderate neighbors, management company neglects complaints from tenants, lots of drug use
Advice to owner:
Take complaints from tenants seriously

Do not rent here

Pros:
close to trains/buses, elevator, outdoor space, restaurant on ground floor, nice size apartments
Cons:
Moved out because: Unsafe part of town, constant noise from train traffic, a lot of drug use/gangs in area, theft in building, stolen packages, not smoke free, across the street from NYCHA and trash, storage unit for bikes in full abs can’t get in, broken washers or dryers, a lot of women complain that live-in building staff is rude and nasty

Fix issues in building, respond to people
