Living here has made me spoiled
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful and well maintained lobby and common spaces. Our apartment is big for a one bed and ceilings make it feel even larger. Lots of storage. Friendly and capable staff. Maintenance requests addressed very quickly (often under an hour). Building management also responds to emails fairly quickly. Good package room system (lockers and text system). Nice roof deck and grill. Appliances all work well. Heating and cooling system works well (wall unit) and is regularly serviced. No issues with pests whatsoever. Decent gym (and very cheap). No major issues over 3+ years of living here.
Cons:
Being on a lower floor, we have a good amount of street noise (and recently strong cigarette smell). Immediate area is very busy (on same block as Katz's so lots of tourists) and night life can be a lot. Heaters noisy during winter
Advice to owner:
None, building generally run well.
