Landlord is Useless
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious for a nyc studio
Cons:
Not clean, landlord always complaining about doing his job, always blamed me when he didn’t do something properly, simply doesn’t know how to do anything- and has the worst memory!
Advice to owner:
Retire.

Overall, place is nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
My unit is very nice inside. Love the hardwood floors.
Cons:
A lot of noise, near hospital and police station so lots of sirens and megaphones. Loud in hallways as well.

Good starter place to live as a first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Live-in super Elevator Location Proximity to train Size of apartments Motti is amazing! The go-between for renter-management
Cons:
Terrible and rude, disloyal management Some apartments had bug problems, not all Very nice super, but not always prompt to respond or fix a problem
Advice to owner:
I will never rent from Marin Management again, I was a perfect tenant for over five years and when I left they were rude and tried to paint me as a bad tenant. After I never gave them an issue once, not even when I switched apartments and was without a working toilet or heat for 3 weeks mid-winter.
