Perfect apartment

Pros:
Everything is very clean, the owner is very responsive, I love living here.
Cons:
Only 2 washers and 2 dryers. But honestly, this has never been a problem since there aren't many units in the building and they're never being used when I need them.

Clean, cozy, the most responsive management I’ve had, subway access
Cons:
The neighborhood is loud and dirty. I’m a woman and often felt uncomfortable because of the number of men hanging outside in groups. However, aside from the occasional catcall (once in my face), I never experienced any danger.
Advice to owner:
N/A keep being as responsive and responsible as you are!
