Decent rent stabilized apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator building, with fairly nice sized apartments with closets and dishwasher machine in unit. Landlord is nice and responsive
Cons:
Only one (very old and dirty looking) washer and dryer for the entire apartment, no direct sunlight

Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive super and landlord, renovated appliances and flooring, nicely painted walls
Cons:
Heat sometimes broke and would take days to fix, certain fixes were ignored, ceiling leaked and was never repaired, one laundry machine hard to find it available
