Building great, management Comoros awful

Pros:
Building is well kept and clean. Super is responsive.
Cons:
Building management company is awful. Not responsive. Actually suggested that “in the future, we call the super first” when we let them know we saw/smelled smoke coming from our AC and called the fire department.
