Happy Here for 7 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location! Close to great restaurants and bars, Thompkins Square Park and the FMJZ train on The super does a great job of keeping the building clean. Loved 19 Clinton St!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well managed building, with an amazing shared rooftop and garden
Cons:
Wish there were bigger units, would've loved to upgrade to a 2 bedroom but there are only 1-2 bigger than studio or 1 bedrooms
Advice to owner:

A great place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fantastic street, clean/well kept building, great roof. The super is the best I've had in NYC.
Cons:
Not so much a con of the building but since Clinton St. is the first right off the Wb bridge you get big loud trucks rolling through at 8am everyday.
Advice to owner:
Make sure you keep the super for life.
