Best building in the city
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is well- made and well- maintained. The doormen are the best. The living room area was large and spacious. Maintenance always responded quickly. Would move back if it was cheaper.
Cons:
One time pet fee

Great Staff, and facilities but expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff hands down the best, maintenance is prompt and responsive. Ambience is great.
Cons:
Amenities are extra which is a bit much for the luxury price tag. Using the common area - even if you don't want to use the gym which is Equinox - you still need to pat $150 a month.
Advice to owner:
Please separate usage of common spaces from gym. Common areas should be free.

Wonderful place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean beautiful first class living! Great staff, lively apartments. They are the most responsive management in the world! Seriously great.
Cons:
Street noise. Lots of traffic and honking due to the Lincoln tunnel entrance being near the building. The city needs better traffic control here.
Advice to owner:
None! This building is awesome.

Recommend This Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Wonderful service
Quick maintenance response
Good neighbors
Nice amenities
Cons:
Sometimes I feel it’s not very safe to walk through the neighborhood/Times Square area.

The building itself has no cons to me.
