Pros:
Friendly neighbors, not to much pets like big dogs.
Cons:
The super is disrespectful never wants to fix anything manager doesn’t care anyway they always changing the manager. Your going to see a lots of Roaches rats an mise. I want to leave this Bilding so bad

You need to care more for tenants we can be calling 311 all the time just because you can’t do your job

Some of my neighbors are the most friendly and caring people I’ve met in a community.
Cons:
ELEVATOR ALMOST NEVER FULLY WORKING. HEAT NEVER WORKING. INFESTED WITH ROACHES, MICE, GNATS AND FLIES OF ALL SIZES. LAZY AND UNAWARE SECURITY GUARDS ALLOWING ALL SORTS OF NONSENSE TO TAKE PLACE WITHIN THE PREMISES BUT WILL YELL AT RESIDENTS WHO FORGET KEYS. MANAGEMENT IS DETACHED AND UNCARING AND MONEY HUNGRY. APARTMENTS NEVER GET RENOVATED OR REPAIRED AND WHEN THEY DO, IT IS WITH CHEAP MATERIALS AND WORKERS WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY MADE A HOLE IN MY DOOR AND TRIED TO PATCH IT WITH PLASTER, LOCKING ME OUT OF MY BATHROOM. LAUNDRY MACHINES ARE ALMOST NEVER WORKING AND THERE ARE SO FEW PROVIDED THAT TENANTS MUST CAMP OUT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM FOR HOURS TO SECURE A POSITION. UNBELIEVABLE. THEY ALLOWED PARTIES TO BE THROWN DURING THE ENTIRE COVID-19 PANDEMIC INCLUDING A HALLOWEEN PARTY THAT SPANNED OVER THE ENTIRE 5th FLOOR!
Edit 03/07/2021 - This property is a train wreck! You cannot walk from the lobby to the elevators without encountering roaches of varying sizes! The building is literally crawling with bugs and mice. They have the nerve to have a sign up sheet for an “exterminator” to visit you (in 2 weeks time!) as if the problems reside only in the apartments and not throughout the entire building! HOT WATER DOES NOT FLOW THROUGH THE PIPES AT NIGHT. YOU CAN ONLY SHOWER IN THE DAYTIME AND YOU BETTER HOPE YOU CAN SCRUB FAST ENOUGH BEFORE THE WATER TURNS TO ICE ON YOU! THE HEAT IS A JOKE! THEY CAME TO “FIX” MY WINDOWS LAST YEAR - First, the super and other worker they sent didn’t know what to do to fix the window. No problem, they have to send specialists, cool. We wait and they come, a full week later, only to tell me that the reason my window keeps DETACHING from the rails is because the frames were not installed correctly to begin with, and that they’ll try their best. Understand that I am on a high floor. If my window were to come unattached and fall below to the street, it would absolutely cause bodily harm or prove fatal to someone passing. Not only that, it’s a fucking fire hazard to have a window that cannot even be opened!
Advice to owner:
Realize that this is a property with a large amount of tenants! Actually start to give a crap about this property!! The people who live here and all poor/elderly/sick and you truly do not care for their well-being. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED. ALSO, be aware that a minority of your tenants are aware that they can and WILL seek legal council to confront you about the YEARS of neglect and SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
