it took the owner a long time to fix things. They wanted us to wait when our toilets were clogged and we had only 1 bathroomz

Pros:
Quiet, good neighbors that you don't see much of, great views of 14th street without the noise.
Cons:
Noisy HVAC system, no doorman or even video security at night, unresponsive building manager
Advice to owner:
Round the clock video security is an absolute necessity in this neighborhood.
