Upscale building, but minimal help with repairs

Pros:
Modern building with beautiful rooftop, high full-glass ceilings, and clean common areas.
Cons:
The building staff is very difficult to work with on any apartment repairs. They are generally unhelpful and/or unable to fix even small repairs in the apartment. This can cause a lot of disruption as seeking an outside contractor, organizing a Certificate of Insurance, and finally scheduling an appointment can take a lot of time.
Advice to owner:
Please have your staff address small repairs in the apartment

Super is kind of strict but staff is great overall, had issues with A/C unit
