Expect nothing less from downtown Manhattan’s most iconic luxury condos
Former Tenant
Pros:
Excellent service. Tasteful modern apartments. Unique, iconic design. Not called the “jenga building” for nothing. Fun yet sophisticate vibe. Even ran into Anish Kapoor, creator of the bean sculpture. Really impactful piece. Has a great aparement too!
Cons:
Doorway style windows freaked me out at first. But in a good way. That was one of the selling points. I like a bit of edge in my life. A risky design choice. Not a lot of people willing to take risks at that scale these days.
The pool, while a nice view, was not well done. The choice of concrete finish, very archaic when compared to the rest of the building. Really could use a facelift.
