Pros:
- units have balconies, lots of natural light, washer/dryers in unit, dishwasher
Cons:
- poorly insulated and poor energy rating in building; apt gets extremely cold in winter and humid/hot in summer

Pros:
Great location. Elevator building.
Cons:
Poor building management. Lots of package thefts and hallways are dirty.

Pros:
It is clean and close the the F train. It has an elevator and the apartments all have nice balconies.
Cons:
The energy bill in the winter is insanely expensive and the heat does not work well at all. Packages are sometimes stolen from the lobby.

Fix the energy efficiency
