Great build, not asthma/allergy safe

Pros:
Beautiful building and responsive management. Great location.
Cons:
Air flow is not conducive for someone with asthma or allergies. Very hard to cool down. Units and hallways are very stuffy.
Advice to owner:
Add disclaimers for applicants with asthma or allergies

Pros:
The building tenants and staff are friendly and courteous. Lately, the staff has not been not keeping the building as clean as usual. For the first time, as a dog owner, it is disgusting how many dog owners animals pee/poop on the ramp and it is not cleaned up. Also, the sidewalks are no longer cleaned daily and the smell of urine is terrible. Dog owners need to do better so those of us will "curb trained" dogs don't get a bad rap from the building peeing pups.
Cons:
Everything is an extra - the party room, storage, play room, and more all have a monthly charge. Other than the roof and coffee bar, no extras are included.
Advice to owner:
Tour the entire building once a week, Many times the dog grooming room is disgusting, today the key fob entry is falling off the wall, the halls on each floor have not been vacuumed in weeks and the trash room is disgusting! Pay more attention to what the staff is doing.

Attractive Green Building with Concierge and Gym

On the whole an excellent building, however management could be more attentive and responsive

Your providing a private secure means by which tenants and staff can anonymously share with you any issues and concerns is recommended.

Nothing, everything was so clean and great and I miss living here. Everyone was friendly and super responsive and helpful. Leasing office even found my tax forms when I needed them for filing and had lost mine!
