Would live there again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop, staff were kind, amenities were decent, ample closet space, building was relatively quiet
Cons:
Neighbors were so loud - complained multiple times, occasional silverfish but pest control response was quick
Advice to owner:
Nothing really, but love a better screening of tenants to respect quiet hours

SOLID PLACE TO LIVE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doormen, relatively clean common areas, great trash & recycling, no issues with pests
Cons:
Kind of a "college-y" building, near 8th ave can get a little dicey at night, a bit loud
Advice to owner:
Not applicable

Repairs take forever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Most things are good about the building!
Cons:
If something is broken, it takes forever to repair, if ever. Seems like management just ignores those problems and hopes we get tired of complaining.
Advice to owner:
A 1-week turnaround time is reasonable. Several months to a year is not.

Great buildind with a few quircks. Prime location, however it is super loud.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, good rooftop, good location, new building
Cons:
Some not great doorman, loud if your apartment faces 8th, low income housing also in the building that make common areas messy.
Advice to owner:
Better communication to tenets about coffee days and when they ask about fixing the apartment.
