Units are falling apart

Pros:
Great doormen, clean lobby
Cons:
-No cold water in kitchen
-Broken dishwasher
-Front door doesn't fully close
-some HVAC units work, some don't
-Floor splitting apart
-Closet doors fall off of track
-Elevator breaks frequently
-Hole in ceiling of gym never repaired - just a bucket for leaks
-Hallway carpets are filthy

Well located building

Pros:
Good location with nice views. Relatively well maintained building. Very nice gym.
Cons:
Quite noisy with the 6th avenue right below.
