Nice apartments but careful of some neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building with long time residents and staff who genuinely gets to know the residents and takes their safety very seriously. Apartments are spacious and most layouts are well-thought out. Convenient and decent amenities with a good price (especially if you get a rent stabilized unit) in a great location
Cons:
There are some loud neighbors who likes to party really late - including week nights and sometimes through the entire night - and they disregard the front desk when they try to help their neighbors mitigate. So careful about some of these partiers when you’re looking at your neighbors

Watch out for your security deposit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen were the best Rooftop has great views (+sunsets) Clean hallways No elevator issues
Cons:
Construction nearby not adhering to business hours. They tacked on unnecessary security damages without a discussion so I had to go to court to retrieve them back.

Well maintained, poor insulation, noisy environment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained. Great views.
Cons:
Apartment decor is quite dated, builder grade Appliances are cheap and break constantly. Insulation, both noise and sound wise is extremely poor. Be prepared to hear and feel everything outside the building. Noise from Hudson yards construction. In unit AC/heater is noisy.

Nice building, awful location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean, well-managed, and has decent amenities. The 24/7 doorman is very convenient as well.
Cons:
The location is awful. At first I thought it wasn’t going to too bad but after a while it was a huge annoyance. Can’t say it’s the safest areas either… For the price, it’s not worth it.
