Susan's Court Harlem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator building on quiet street. Accounting team is responsive.
Cons:
Not sure the doorman is needed given we now have apps to open the door. Apartments are older compared to all the newer construction in Harlem but still rents are still high.
Advice to owner:
Maybe update the carpets and lighting throughout the building.

Great Apartment. Evan (super) was awesome
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super, Evan, is amazing. He was even helpful after we moved out and an item was delivered there in error. Can’t say enough good things about him. Concierge was nice and friendly. Roof terrace is lovely. Convenient to Morningside and Central Park. Management always helpful and responsive. Apartment was spacious with a large patio.
Cons:
Most neighbors are great, some are just plain inconsiderate. One took it upon himself to harass me and my partner because one of our dogs ‘looked’ threatening (even though it is a service animal and friendly). Management hosted an event in the lobby, with a band, so it was a very loud couple of hours on the first floor. Gym is a little small
