Bad area, building is going down
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is clean most of the time. There is a young janitor who is very pleasant and there is a laundry room in the building.
Cons:
Packages are often stolen because the delivery guys leave them in the lobby area when they shouldn’t. The camera has been out for over two years per head janitor who has an attitude problem. Elevators are often broken. Tenants smoke in their apartments and children run through the hallway. Front door buzzed doesn’t work often. Really bad area and I do not feel safe with my family.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the head janitor who has an attitude problem. He isn’t approachable. Get cameras fixed. Tenants do not feel safe and have been robbed in the building.
