Great Management and Very Clean
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management and doormen were kind, always willing to help. Truly felt like a traditional New York home
Cons:
The street tends to have a lot of construction so noise tends to come through slightly despite the soundproof windows.
Advice to owner:
Offer deals to long term tenants

Nice building in bad neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Luxury building with nice management team. Gym in the building, laundry in the unit.
Cons:
Unsafe Neighborhood due to location, a lot of homeless people on the street. Noise level is high, construction will wake you up every morning.

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some doormen are nice.
Cons:
Very dangerous neighborhood. Extremely expensive for the cheap apartments. You’ll hear everything - including toilets flushing through your stay here. The worst management office. Avoid.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants with kindness. Your employees shouldn’t be gossiping openly about tenants. Maybe open the door if you’re a doorman. Bring up packages without an attitude. Say hello …. They’re weird even by NYC apt standards.

Crystal Green / Glenwood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen and package room attendants are good. The maintenance man is excellent.
Cons:
Management is horrible. We have neighbor that deals drugs and smokes pot all day and night. Noise level Is awful. A large number of tenants complain and no one does anything. The neighborhood is Very dangerous AND the rent is super high. Pathetic Amenities. Gym is outdated and very small outdoor space with terrible furniture.

This used to be a great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the staff. The super and doorman and package room guys are all stellar. Best thing about the building. Apts have large closets and nice w/d. Central Air
Cons:
This used to be a professional building but has turned into Murray Hill West. Loud parties, ppl running from floor to floor slamming doors. Pot smoking in a building that is non smoking. Also the neighborhood has become pretty rough with fewer tourists and commuters.
Advice to owner:
Go back to focusing on young families and professionals vs renting to whoever shows up. So disrespectful to your highly professional staff.
