Amazing building, especially the doormen and building management staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Larstrand is a fantastic building! I can't say enough good things about living here. It's super clean and quiet, the neighbors are all very nice and polite and respectful, and the doormen and maintenance staff are such lovely, wonderful, friendly people! They go above and beyond to get to know you and look after you - I had an injury earlier this year and they were always bringing my packages and mail right to my door and helping me in any way they could. They even throw building events 2-3 times per month (rooftop yoga, wine tasting, make your own bouquet, etc) to try to create community within the building. I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to live in New York - the Larstrand and Rose Associates (building owners/management) set the bar very high for quality of living.
Cons:
It's definitely an expensive building but I feel like you get what you pay for here - all the facilities are amazing and the staff are incredible.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!

Great building, have really enjoyed living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great, responsive staff. Maintenance requests are submitted through an app and addressed on the same day. Amenities are great and common areas are kept very clean.
