The building's elevator sometimes get broken, but not quite common. For a building with few hundred units it could be slow. Location is far away from the subway.

Friendly staff, indoor dog park, indoor pool, hot tubs, safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Riverside and Central park

For one person, there is a $120 monthly fee for all the amenities, including the gym. I have lived here a year and not had an issue with noise, but I live on a high floor.
