Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are nice and it has back yard.
Cons:
Management simply doesn’t care. It will take ages to get anything fixed and even then they do bare minimum. This building has heating/ cooling units in the apartment so you have to pay for heating. These units however are not maintained and are super old, so your electric bill is always high and it smells bad once you turn on cooling in the spring. Rent goes up at least $150every year. People don’t last here long so don’t waste your time.
Advice to owner:
Be transparent with new renters and fix shit.

Landlord will try to gaslight you if you come with an issue
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the ac/heat unit, water pressures amazing and water gets super hot fast. Nice apt layout and lots of beautiful sunlight. Nice area to live in
Cons:
But landlord is absolutely terrible with upkeep and responsiveness. Ac/heat unit probably hasn’t been cleaned since this building was made, and has a funny smell. Our dishwasher never fully worked, one of the two washing machines and dryers has been broken almost the whole yr, there’s a persistent roach issue, and now our sink is broken (we did nothing out of the normal it’s just incredible cheap). Write an email to the landlord about it and he will literally try to tell you it’s not true/it’s not happening. We had to get write a mass email with all tenants to get him to send someone to fix one of the two washers and dryers. Long story short can’t wait to leave! Also neighbors in other buildings on this block regularly play obnoxiously loud music all hrs of the night
Advice to owner:
Just do your job

Management don’t care. No heating.
Former Tenant
Pros:
They have a nice backyard
Cons:
Management is horrible. They don’t seem to care. No cameras at the entrance. People steal your packages. Also our floor got robbed and management didn’t care to install cameras. Street full of hustlers and drug dealers.
