Great Time
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building has great amenities, a great doorman, and great neighbors. I spent a lot of time in the gym (which is better equipped than some paid gyms) and met a lot of friendly faces. Extremely convenient access to express and local subways right across the street.
Cons:
The street outside can get pretty loud late at night.
Advice to owner:
I have no complaints

Don’t let it go to the dogs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Concierge is great
Cons:
The maintenance of the building
Advice to owner:
The laundry room looks like it belongs in the projects! None of the machines work And the ones that do work they do not work properly. There’s nasty chip paint When you enter the building everywhere. The walls need painting. The overall maintenance of the building has gone down significantly. There is no more order when it comes to the amenities.
