Well maintained & clean building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
- luxury amenities - well maintained - friendly receptionists & neighbors - general cleanliness - very convenient public transportation access - access to grocery stores & more
Cons:
- location can be a bit sketchy at night - rent is expensive (more of a nyc issue in general)
