The Lewis Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of apartment layouts, ample closet space, and a clean environment. The lobby always had a comforting, fresh smell whenever you walked in, and the doormen and super were always friendly. The package notification system was accurate and helpful.
Cons:
The location wasn't the best -- it is kind of tucked away in a no man's land between Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, and Hudson Yards but not ideal logistically in terms of proximity to subway lines and the Lincoln Tunnel. Being so close to the Tunnel often subjects you to a lot of noise and traffic, especially if you're in a lower floor.

Great experience in general
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bathroom furnishing is really sleek and elegant, much better than most NYC buildings. The hallways are clean and renovated. Wilson at the concierge is super nice.
Cons:
Some neighbors can be disrespectful by partying at 4 in the morning and not stopping even after the concierge called. The room can be a bit too hot (guess it’s because the tubes within the wall). The fridge cannot make ice itself.
