Really loved living here!
Pros
Staff is great, rooms are large, nice rooftop and study room areas on most floors. Packages go to a doorman-guarded package room so no issues with stealing. Maintenance was always very quick with any issues.
Cons
It’s right by the Lincoln tunnel so sometimes there was very loud honking that you could hear even on the higher floors. Although the front entrance was always very safe, the back entrance opens to 36th street which didn’t always feel safe due to some homeless people living in the small park at the crosswalk
The Lewis Review
Pros
Lots of apartment layouts, ample closet space, and a clean environment. The lobby always had a comforting, fresh smell whenever you walked in, and the doormen and super were always friendly. The package notification system was accurate and helpful.
Cons
The location wasn't the best -- it is kind of tucked away in a no man's land between Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, and Hudson Yards but not ideal logistically in terms of proximity to subway lines and the Lincoln Tunnel. Being so close to the Tunnel often subjects you to a lot of noise and traffic, especially if you're in a lower floor.
