A well maintained building with friendly staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very fast maintenance response times, sometimes in minutes. Adequate elevator coverage - 3 elevators for 13 floors. Reliable system for packages (in locker or storage room) and food deliveries (to your door).
Cons:
Loud HVAC units. Heating is unreliable. Noise from the Lincoln Tunnel can be overwhelming.

Great Building in West Chelsea
Former Tenant
Pros:
This has been such a great building. Maintenance is responsive and quick and we love all of the front desk associates. Personally have not had a bad experience.
Cons:
The building is between 10 & 11 ave. Drawback is in the winter when it is cold it is extremely windy and cold.

It is okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are nice enough when you fist look, but a lot of things are wrong the more you live here.
Cons:
Unresponsive management, the walls are paper thin, no ventilation between apartments - you smell/hear everything your neighbor does.
Advice to owner:
Better communication

Great building, management and staff are very responsive.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Anytime there's a maintenance issue, it is taken care of as soon as possible.
Cons:
Did not like the lounge chairs on rooftop, they are/were heavy wood and not comfortable. In October 2023 they are updating space with furniture.
Advice to owner:
No issues with things at the moment.

Terrible management and unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is kept pretty clean, maintenance staff is nice
Cons:
Terrible experiences with management and main office staff. Very rude and unhelpful, they don’t care about residents, only interested in signing new leases with prospective renters. Lots of bad management level choices that seem to involve kickbacks or other benefits to management at expense of residents. Building always trying to sell residents on other services or businesses, marketing to residents. Very complicated bureaucracy to get anything fixed, forcing residents to use multiple different apps to submit requests.
Advice to owner:
Listen and respond to residents. Stop using residents as a marketing tool. Get rid of all the different apps. Hire leasing and main office staff who are polite.
