Good building, decent location, OK street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice & pretty spacious apartments, no real problems with the building or apartments, underutilized rooftop,
Cons:
Further down the street there’s often a lot of police activity. Package situation in the building is ridiculous (nobody picks them up and they pile in the lobby after overwhelming the mail room). Only two elevators.
