The owner does not care about tenants. Very dysfunctional.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to target.
Cons:
Owner does not value tenants. Fitness roon never opened to tenants. No extra storage. Elevator a nightmare.
Advice to owner:
You own many buildings, start caring about your tenants. Maybe it's time to pass the baton to a new generation who will innovate and use these properties to enhance people's lives.

Owner doesn’t care about renters.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Julio, the super is a gem.
Cons:
Owner doesn’t care about renters. Mold in my apartment. Recreation room was never opened in my eight years. If something breaks, landlord will replace with inferior replacement: see front door handles, ceiling in elevator, light fixtures as examples. Management office is unresponsive. We had a vent in our bathroom that was blocked because of a repair in the laundry room. This blockage caused mold to grow in our bathroom and hallway. We called management multiple times. We sent emails. Eventually, a year later, the management office told us to report it to 311 so that the owner responds.
Advice to owner:
Care about your renters. Be kind. Care about customer service. Don’t be cheap. Open the recreation room.

Mediocre building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, laundry in building, live out super Julio is great, location is close to grocery shopping
Cons:
Elevator is out of service a lot, washing machines & dryers break frequently, building is not secure, electric air & heat is expensive, hot water goes out several times a year, rude management
Advice to owner:
Get better management, fix broken items properly, offer reduced rent when there is no heat & hot water in the building for over a month, treat tenants with respect, remove useless live in super on the 1st floor, do not allow Airbnb
