no bad but very overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Ameniteis are great and fully equipped with gym pool play area for children. etc. I assume they're nice to those who have access.
Cons:
The staff can be rude to the tenants in the affordable housing units. not allowing us to use the amenities. It literally wouldn't hurt to let us use the amenities but they make it impossible.
Advice to owner:
Be a better person. Discrimination is really played out and it's embarassing.

Pros:
The architecture can’t be beat. Wonderful building to visit while in Hundson Yards
Cons:
Extremely noisy in this area. The wind also seems to pick up as if you’re in a vortex.
