Decent Apartment Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Tree lined street - Big apartments - Decent gym and roof
Cons:
- Package thief problem (although getting better and there is a package room) - You need to nag super/landlord for days to get any response - Neighborhood can still be a little rough - Electricity bill crazy expensive
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive please

Decent location and building
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a gym in building (Not the best but at least you get basic equipment), the rooms are decent, the appliances are good, and bathrooms are huge.
Cons:
management isn't the best, super is unresponsive, and the amenities aren't top notch.
Advice to owner:
Focus on providing better service to your tenants as the place is a decent building but service is key to everything.

Decent building, iffy management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious elevator (great when moving) Large shared rooftop although seating situation is just okay Building is kept pretty clean, never had a rat or roach problem in spite of a rat heavy block Neighbors generally friendly and look out for each other Apartments are spacious and have comfortable layouts
Cons:
Problem with bike and package thieves, and minimal management response to incidents of theft. Can take a lot of repeated insistent contact for help from the super although once he comes he is pretty efficient and helpful. Heating is $$$!! Up to $500 for electric in the winter for very minimal heating. I think the insulation is kind of bad.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to theft and maintenance issues
