This building is HORRIBLE
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to metro north
Cons:
Building is dirty! Roaches & ants in apartments. You even see them crawling around in the lobby. Lots of dogs in the building. You see urine & feces in the lobby & elevators pretty often. 6 elevators & 3 of them are usually out causing you to have to wait for 5-15 minutes for one. Garbage smells throughout building & apartments. Also the smell of marijuana throughout the building. Luxury prices but trust me there’s nothing luxury about it. Food deliveries are not allowed up to your door anymore, you have to go down to get your food. Gym & lounge is suppose to be 24hrs & they took that away from us so we only have limited access to them both yet them still charge for full access which is ludicrous. Water pressure is a joke. Takes forever to rinse shampoo/conditioner out your hair. & don’t get me started on the air conditioning. Barely feel anything. This building is a huge joke! Not the worth the price! Not worth it AT ALL! Please save yourself the time, energy, SANITY & money!
