It’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it a doorman building
Pros
(Typically) someone at the front desk 24/7, package room (in theory)
Cons
Difficult to get in touch with management, generally not the cleanest, the front desk personnel don’t really “guard” the lobby (meaning anyone can walk in), the gym isn’t free (and is in the basement), the package room closed randomly - and wasn’t 24/7 prior
You Get What you pay for
Pros
Well priced apartments, good space for the price
Cons
Understaffed so when things break it takes a while to fix, and when they are fixed, they do a shoddy job. Shoddy "renovation" done between tenants
