Great building with great staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well-run. Friendly staff. Extremely convenient. Everything works well.
Cons:
Only drawback is the cost. My apartment is somewhat dark due to facing the interior courtyard.

Cons:
The area is not as nice as it used to be. crime is killing this city.

Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern building with great amenities. Doormen and women are very nice and always helpful. Pet friendly. An app runs everything so it’s very easy to put in maintenance requests, which are usually addressed within 24 hours.
Cons:
We lived in an interior facing unit with little natural light and no view, but it was very quiet. Few complaints about the building itself - it’s the neighborhood that has gone down in recent years which caused us to move.
Advice to owner:
There isn’t much they can do about the rising crime rates in the neighborhood.

Prism is great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice apartments, large, staff is great. Nice gym.
Cons:
Expensive.
Cardio machines in gym could be fixed quicker.

Great Building but poor staffing
Former Tenant
Pros:
You get what you pay for and this is a premium building with premium rent. Gym/pool are always in good condition and any Apt issues are dealt with quickly by the building staff who are great.
Cons:
The door staff in the afternoon (morning concierge is amazing!)are lazy and entitled knowing building management won’t do anything. I actually witnessed one of them go around the front desk and she berated a resident who was with her kid which was totally unacceptable. Lucky that wasn’t me!
On top of that, the elevator is often unlocked which is a safety issue.
Advice to owner:
I’d get a grip on the concierge staff not helping enough or doing just enough when they should go above and beyond in terms of service. Also, resident retention should also be looked at. In my case, you have 10 one bedroom apts available and instead of allowing some negotiation on the more than 10% increase you would rather let good residents leave.
