Bizarre drunk won't stop harassment.

Pros:
Fine when Josh isn't here.
Cons:
Guy named Josh AKA viral "worldoftshirts" on tiktok infamous for his delinquency has came to my door screaming that he needs a place to stay and "some fucking liqour". He screams that it's his dream to live there and he deserves it, not me. I've contacted everyone imaginable to try and resolve this but every other week or so he's back again.
Advice to owner:
get that guy away from here

Perfect Condo to Live

Pros:
Beautiful, sleek. All of the amenities are in tip top shape. Doormen are great. Very elevated perfect place to live.
Cons:
Stove was a little temperamental, but that was the only issue!
