Better options elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Floor to ceiling windows. Nice gym.
Cons:
Very noisy due to cross street construction. Management has attitude problems

Modern amenity building, great location for Hudson Yards
Former Tenant

Clean modern building, nice views & convenient location. Staff are friendly and lots of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Enjoyed my time living at 555. Amenities are top notch - dog park is a plus!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Having the dog park inside the building is a plus
Cons:
Smell of weed infiltrating the apartment due to shared A/C vents

Overall nice experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Building staff are always nice and helpful, they go above and beyond to meet your needs.
Cons:
1. Management is not the most responsive.
2. Amenity charges are quite high: the building charges a base fee for lower level amenities and extra for the rooftop.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to the emails, maybe hire more people - after all, it's a big building.

Happy Current Tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great amenities, views, and friendly staff
Cons:
Very expensive, and amenities don’t make up for it

Been here since it opened.....
Former Tenant
Pros:
New finishes, view and some extras are nice, but now with covid not open all the time- Loved two gyms. Hotel like feel. Employees who have been around a while are the valuable ones.
Cons:
Traffic Traffic Traffic - Pretty much all the time except at night. Buildings going up everywhere that may block view and prices are not reflective of current market place. No neighborhood feel.
Advice to owner:
With the gym closed during covid and not everything available, there needs to be more of an adjustment in rent prices.

Modern luxury living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful design and luxurious amenities.
Cons:
During high-traffic times, the elevator lobby can get a little packed on occasion.
