Very nice apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff, new, amazing bathrooms
Cons:
Paper thin walls, hallways sometimes smelly from garbage

Overall Good Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is very responsive. Service calls are prompt. Noise levels are generally good.
Cons:
Lots of tension between low-income subsidized tenants and the luxury rental tenants. Some of it is justified, because things occur that you wouldn’t normally see in a luxury building: kids couch camping overnight in the amenity areas, kids smoking weed in front of the building, shoes left in the hallway, ethnic cooking smells, etc.
Advice to owner:
Waterline Park needs 24hr security - it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

One Waterline Square Renter

Cons:

Don’t judge a building by it’s outside appearance.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great square footage in the apt 1900sq ft.
Lots of light, the best amenities in the whole country. Top 3 in the world it’s all underground..
Cons:
At first glance it’s amazing right until you spend a night here..Absolutely no privacy. I can hear my neighbors, constantly thru the walls when there talking, using the bathroom, opening doors, phone rings, tv and having *#%... it’s the worst experience.. the number one thing anyone wants is privacy. Everything inside the apt as far as material cost is the bottom of the barrel. The market rate apartments are an entire world of differences. I’m in an 80/20 lottery apt and these people are ghetto. Hallways always smell like weed, kids playing out in the hallways like it’s Central Park. People are not friendly but to be honest I’m embarrassed at some of the types of people that live here...
Advice to owner:
Give all residence at least privacy.. the one basic need and this building has the thinnest walls I’ve ever seen.. I can hear neighbors above me below me and sharing my bedroom wall it’s terrible... god forbid someone wants to watch tv late at night or be intimate... it’s infuriating constantly having to hear the neighbors
