Clean and friendly place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The concierge and all the staff are super kind and responsive.
Cons:
The walls seem to be on the thin side - I used to be able to hear my neighbor upstairs snoring.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and safety neighborhood good place to burn your money
Cons:
The building management is RACIST don't live here if you are black or asians They will smash your door without notice or stalk you in the hallway. The management has no respect to the tenants even this building is defined as luxury building. WATER LEAKS Issue very serious! Also my psychic told me this place brings very bad luck to people. Please save yourself and do not leave here. Report Peter Walsh if he's being mean or rude to you. We pay $5000 not to live in an environment like this
Advice to owner:
Carefully select your staff and residential managers if you truly identified the building as luxury Tenants who lives here at least make $120,000 a year but being treated with disrespectful attitude

Paper thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff are friendly and nice; amenities are great
Cons:
Walls are paper thin, the building is clearly poorly constructed and the builder cut many costs. People who live here are entitled and don't understand how living in a an apartment building works (i.e., you can't blast music and have 50 people over at 3am on a Tuesday). This combination of rude neighbors and tissue-thin walls makes a deadly combination. The building looks beautiful, but it's all looks and no substance.
Not all the staff wears masks during covid. The hours of the package room are short so it’s a bit inconvenient. There are several barking dogs that you can hear from other apartments.
Advice to owner:
Enforce Covid guidelines. Extend package room hours. Have owners control their dogs.

Friendly staff and building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments and great staff
Cons:
Gym and pool area ran by another company and their staff is a bit rude or probably kinda racist. Mail room closes at 8 on weekdays and 6 on weekends, understandable but frustrating if you or the delivery misses that time frame.
