Not best area, awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, with a lot of closet size of you are in apartments facing the street.
Cons:
In front of a project, very dirty street and area. Very loud after 11 pm. Homeless people sleeping outside the building and people peeing in outside or stairs across the street.

4Q 2020 we got 2 break-ins, one stole 13 paris of shoes from different apartments and the second one the robber broke into an apartment and stole personal belongings and expensive things
Advice to owner:
Should be more responsive and responsible of the lack of management.
Not very good with covid situation and people not being able to pay rents
