Gem of Financial District
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for several years and would recommend this apartment to anyone. The staff is amazing and they take really good care of the building and amenities.
Cons:
I wish they’d open up the rooftop earlier in the season and keep the grills unlocked so they are easier to use when you want them. Also - fix the TVs and audio equipment on the roof
Advice to owner:
Keep your staff happy, they are what make the building so great. Ed is a super star

The Lara in the Financial District
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing front desk and very helpful
Amazing resident manager
Well organized and well maintained
Beautiful boutique luxury building with nice amenities
Coffee in the lounge area and possibility to work from there was very helpful throughout my stay there
Cons:
Rent increased twice during the pandemic and unresponsive landlord left me no choice but to leave
Advice to owner:
Stop increasing the rent so drastically

Luxury, easy-going, responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building. Thick walls and floors. Dark wood floors and porcelain tile. Nano glass countertops. Spacious bathrooms. Lots of closet space. Super was always pretty responsive.
Cons:
Windows were not cleaned frequently enough and had a few drafts. Fridge was cheap build, did not cool food enough at times. Dog pee smell near entrance was cleaned up but not frequently enough. Not enough flexibility to get out of lease during covid.
Advice to owner:
Be more flexible during hardships, as it’s not always about money. People lost family and it would have been the right thing to respond to situations individually as human beings first.
