Expensive but Nice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, Nice Gym, No Pests, 99% Friendly Staff
Cons:
For a luxury high-rise, some staff members are pretty unprofessional. Also management tends to be selectively responsive lmao.

Overall ok living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good sunlight from my apartment; good appliances; responsive super
Cons:
Air conditioning had to be switched out 3 times over 2 years!! That was a bad experience. Also the leasing office is very rude. The experience interacting with Robin and Vincent has been nothing but horrible.
Advice to owner:
Have a better leasing team that is more effective in corresponding with tenants

Nice New Building - Not Worth the Rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive. Management, clean, great neighborhood.
Cons:
Other residents are slobs. Garbage in the hallways, not properly stored in chute room, etc. Extremely noisy. It’s like living in a gray house most of the time. 24 hour super doesn’t like to do things in the evening.

Will never live here again
Former Tenant
Pros:
No roaches or rats but that is the bare minimum. Doormen are extremely nice.
Cons:
Front desk stopped and questioned me, a long time tenant, but refused to help me prevent my abuser from entering the building, saying that he can still enter the building if he has friends here. The AC is extremely noisy whenever it’s on. Cannot sleep well at all.

Too expensive for bad finishes
Former Tenant
Pros:
People who work there are the kindest people, true gems. Good amenities and they fix things quickly. Lobby is responsive and packages are kept safely.
Cons:
The management is ok and they have to redo the facade so often even tho it's a new construction. Very poorly built and not well done (half-assed job to rent for high prices to nearby students)
Advice to owner:
Stop being so fucking understaffed and you should have built it right from the beginning. My unit was already starting to warp and it's been 5 years and I wasn't even on a low floor
