Newer Building Overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean Finishes Deck Gym Laundry Dish Washer
Cons:
Kitchen storage are built extremely high. I’m 6’3 and needed a ladder. Noise is common based on the area and the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors doing everything. There’s big gaps at the side and around the front door so you can hear lobby noise quite loud inside. My department wasn’t cleaned properly when I moved in and had to get to work right away. Overall, based on the price I would recommend somewhere else. However, if price isn’t an option, not a bad building.
Advice to owner:
Fix the fire alarm that trips in the hallways like every other month so the tenants don’t need to wake up to that.
