Has its flaws
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice and brand new building
Cons:
The absolute wildest street I’ve ever seen
The Metro North train horn is LOUD
Hopefully they’ve fixed it by now but the electric bill when you turn the heat on was insane. ConEd looked into it but I’m not sure if they every found the problem. Probably just really inefficient units.

Drug Addicts Outside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new building, beautiful apartments, outdoor space, huge beautiful kitchens, each apartment has a balcony
Cons:
Drug addicts ruin this building would not live here because it is extremely unsafe. 10-20 people outside daily. I literally had to interrupt a heroin deal to get into my building last night. Door man don’t pay attention they just read books or play on their phones. Electric bill is astronomical and the rent prices are outrageous considering the fact that you can’t get into the building without being harassed by addicts.
Advice to owner:
Find out what is going on with the doormen they don’t do their job (even the new ones)
24/7 doorman since we are paying luxury prices to live in the ghetto
Lower rent and address the issues with Con Edison prices on electric
Offer COVID competitive prices to current residents

Luxury Prices, Horrible block
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, mostly clean, attentive and nice super, balconies
Cons:
Electricity prices astronomical/really bad windows, porters don’t wear mask, constant drug deals outside front door and worse
Advice to owner:
Work harder to get a tenant in the first floor so that the constant drug deals outside stop, also return security deposits so former tenants don’t have to sue you to get it back.

Nice building with unresponsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything is new - building only a few years old
Cons:
Management is impossible to get a hold of, junkies and homeless people are outside of the main entrance 24/7, refrigerators are half size
